The James Lind Alliance (JLA) is a non-profit making initiative bringing patients, carers and healthcare professionals together in Priority Setting Partnerships (PSPs). These partnerships identify and prioritise uncertainties, or ‘unanswered questions’. The JLA has formed a PSP into First Time Soft Tissue Knee Injuries, that is being funded by the British Orthopaedic Association, British Association for Surgery of the Knee, British Orthopaedic Sports Trauma & Arthroscopy Association and Day One Charity. The aim is to identify unanswered questions about prevention, diagnosis, management, and provision of care, in order to form a list of top ten questions for researchers to answer. This process will help ensure that research into clinical practice and services identifies and addresses the questions that are of most importance to those affected by the condition. The survey has been launched and will be available from the 14th of March 2022 until the end of May 2022. For further information, please visit: https://www.orthopaedics.cam.ac.uk/research/jla-knee-injuries-psp/ Please follow us on Twitter: @KneeInjuriesPSP For any questions, or if you’re happy to help out by putting up posters in your clinic, please email: ho303@cam.ac.uk Please also find a copy of the posters attached- one is for healthcare professionals and one is for patients. Both have the same QR code- the person filling it in then selects which survey to complete.
